9th Grade High School Teacher

Mrs. Bice is the 9th Grade SAT Prep. and Technology teacher at

St. Mary’s College Preparatory High School in Manhasset, New York. She  holds a B.A. in English with 7-12 New York State Teacher Certification, and an M.A. in the Teaching of

English 7 - 12. 

Tutor

Additionally, Mrs. Bice tutors students individually for test preparation, reading comprehension, grammar, writing, college essays, and study habits.

Experience / Service

Currently, Mrs. Bice serves on the board of St. Mary’s Elementary School.

Mrs. Bice taught 8th grade English and literature at St. Mary’s Elementary School from 1999-2006

-ELA Specialist (Rockville Center) for New York State Tests

-Participant in the Lincoln Center Institute for the Arts in Education Workshops (Aesthetic Education)

-A Member of Middle States Committee/Member of the Commission on Elementary Schools Visiting Team

-Girls’ Basketball Coach (7th and 8th Grade)

-After-School Activities Moderator : Scrap Booking Club, Stock Market Club, and Study Skills Club
